Spring Trends in Winter
For Work
Pretty pastels, delicate chiffon and crisp whites should be on everyone's wish list this season and yet we find ourselves reaching for the thick woolly jumper and long johns to ward off the cold. Effective, but not exactly fashionable! So, why not mix that pretty pastel blouse with a woollen skirt and grey tights to breathe a touch of new life into your office wear. Finish off with a pair of patent Mary Janes or knee high boots if you're not quite ready to get your legs out yet!
For a Girls Night Out
This one is always tricky to navigate- how to rock a gorgeous dress when the weather outside is sub zero and all you want to do is curl up in front of the fire in your PJs. It has to be a particularly sensational dress to get us out in winter and the SS12 collections have done just that with their offerings. The 20s flapper dresses for example are being hailed as the style of the season; simply team with some opaque grey tights, ankle boots and an oversized fur coat and you are good to go.

So easy to wear and so versatile too- you won't feel too dressy, yet you will feel like you have made an effort. Team a cute white dress with thick woolly tights, biker boots and an oversized parka to look hot without even trying!
